We provide concierge mobile dental care throughout the greater Phoenix, AZ area, partnering with assisted living and senior living communities to provide on-site dental care for residents who face barriers to visiting a traditional dental office. Our services are designed for older adults who benefit from convenient, familiar care delivered in their own environment.

What We Do
We provide dental exams and preventative services, including oral cancer screenings, diagnostic imaging, denture adjustments, hygiene and comfort care, all provided in the resident’s environment. Our focus is maintaining oral health, identifying concerns early, and coordinating thoughtfully with families and facility's
Who We Are
Dr. Jessica Smith, DMD, is a licensed general dentist with advanced training in comprehensive patient care, including an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in 2019. A graduate from the medical University of South Carolina, she has served in the United States Air Force for over eight years, bringing a service-driven, professional approach to patient care.
Our Dental Treatments
Exams
Primarily focused, limited dental exams to evaluate a specific area of concern such as pain, swelling, broken teeth, or changes in oral health. These visits are designed to quickly identify the problem, explain findings clearly, and recommend appropriate next steps. Comprehensive exams are also available when a full oral health evaluation is desired.
Preventative Care
Preventative services designed to maintain oral health and reduce the risk of future dental problems. This includes gentle cleanings, fluoride treatments, and personalized guidance for daily oral care. Our goal is to keep patients comfortable while protecting their long-term dental health.
Restorative Care
Conservative restorative treatment to address cavities, broken teeth, and dental discomfort. Services are focused on relieving pain, restoring function, and preventing further damage. When appropriate, treatment is completed on-site or coordinated with trusted specialists.
Dentures
Evaluation, adjustments, and maintenance of dentures to improve comfort, fit, and function. We address sore spots, looseness, and wear while ensuring dentures support proper eating and speaking. Our approach prioritizes comfort and dignity at every visit.
